More wind

This was the shot that got me started on this project last summer. Between this and the one in my previous post, there is loads of pictures, and very few that are worth showing, if any. I think I will have to go on for a while before I get enough to assemble a series.
I liked Wind Through the Leaves better, possibly because there is a little more structure to fix your eyes on. Some thoughts at Doonster about a similar series (wind)...

Regarding Martins attempts, I still think he is experimenting to find the right technique. Interesting idea to do that blending, but I don't think I will pursuit that one myself. I have invested quite some time on my way of doing it, and I think the results will be different enough, so I will continue my own path. It will however be very interesting to compare our results when we both get more experience and results.

I like what you've done here with the blue sky background and it seems to peep through towards the bottom. Your decision to get in close is good, but there could be a problem with images being the same colour eg. green with green background like the previous one. I guess it depends on what you photograph. For me this one stands out more, maybe I'm just a colour person...LOL.

Somehow, for me, the sense of motion is tied up with the contrast between the parts in motion and the parts that are still.
