As simple as it may sound, it is very true. Both for exercise, photography and just about everything else in life that requires practice. Better to do even the smallest amount than nothing at all.

I agree about exercising, I play tennis every Monday morning and on the courts next door are women in their eighties, great to see and very fit. That's going to be me one day, still playing when I'm old and grey......hope it doesn't rain tomorrow ;-)

I also agree about the exercising although sometimes its just so hard to find the motivation - at the moment I just walk my dog twice a day

I love the analogy about practicing photography like exercising. It is something I can definitely relate to. Do you have a favorite setting for pictures with more shadow?
